Buying a home is likely one of the largest investments you'll make in your lifetime, and having the right guidance is key. As your real estate professional, I’m here to help you navigate every step—from understanding your needs to negotiating the best deal. HOW DOES IT WORK?

NOT SURE HOW TO BUY A HOME? - THAT'S WHERE I COME IN!

You've decided to buy a home, congrats! Now what? The process of buying a home can feel daunting, with many steps along the way. Having a professional REALTOR® in your corner can make the process much easier. As your agent, I can help you find the right properties for you to view, arrange showings, prepare and present offers, and guide you through the process.

Meet and Greet

We'll meet and discuss the type of home you are looking for, including style, budget, and location. You may have specific needs and wants - bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, yard size, deck, etc.! I'll make note of all this, so we can look at the right available properties for you. 

 

We'll review the Consumer Relationship Guide so you can make an informed decision on how I can represent you. We will also review the Buyer Representation Agreement and discuss any questions you may have.

The Fun Part

After we have selected the homes that you can see yourself living in, we get to do the fun part - go and look at them! I will book a showing schedule that works for you and we will go together and check them out. 

 

Sometimes we won't find the perfect home for you right away, but don't worry - I will set you up with automatic updates of new listings that fit the description of what you are looking for. You'll receive a notification as soon as that home hits the market, and we can then arrange a viewing for you!

OFFER AND PURCHASE

Found the perfect new home? Great!  I will conduct a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) on the property and help you with preparing an offer. I will prepare the paperwork to present your offer to the sellers and work with you to negotiate any counteroffers, terms, and conditions on your behalf. 

 

I can also provide you with a list of local home inspectors, mortgage specialists, lawyers, insurance brokers, and any other resources you may need during the process. I will work with you through the whole process, right up until it's time to hand you the keys to your new home!
